About the course

Our Tea Tourism Program is designed for tea lovers to appreciate the origins of their preferred cup. It is a 2 nights / 3 days sustainable tourism program focused on tea which includes visit to the tea plantations of Chiangmai, local sight-seeing, Doi Luang, Chiangdao watershed cultural programs and certainly a plenty of tea to cherish the versatility of the mystic leaves.

Policies

Confirmation Policy

• The participant receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

• In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the participant’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is done at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the program, 25% of the advance payment shall be deducted and the balance amount shall be refunded.

• If cancellation is done lesser than 15 days prior to the commencement of the program, 50% of the advance payment shall be deducted and the balance amount shall be refunded

• In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.

Refund Policy

• The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
